If 'No Confidence ' motion is passed against a minister or the entire council then the entire council of ministers including Prime Minister would have to resign collectively.

There is nothing called ‘no confidence’ motion against a Minister. No confidence motion is against a govt. Leader of largest party/alliance is appointed as Prime Minister by President of India and other ministers are appointed by President on advice of Prime Minister.
A ‘no confidence’ vote against govt is to prove that party/alliance now don’t have majority in Lok Sabha hence has no right to continue. If passed then govt falls and either a new govt is formed (if other party/alliance has numbers/support) or elections are announced.
A minister can only be removed by President (or automatically removed if he cease to be Member of parliament.) President removes a minister only on advice of Prime Minister or when president removes govt as a whole.
Opposition can only build pressure on govt to remove a minister, or bring ‘no confidence’ again govt to remove whole govt including the minister. But there is no provision of ‘no confidence’ against a minister.
