Inside the cell they are many cell organelle if the organisation office cell is destroyed then the organelle present in the cell will die and therefore this cell becomes the death cell

All the cellular organisation and its functions are controlled and organised by the DNA. Thanks to DNA that, it make no mistake in its complicated function.
But what if they make a mistake?
Cell is the basic unit of life of every living organism,if its coordination is lost, every basic function of life would be altered. from breathing to heart beat everything.
So according to your question if the organisation of the cell is destroyed, then the following affects would be seen:
#All the cells present in our body communicate with its neighboring cells by "Gap junction" once the organisation of cells are lost no cell would be able to perform its function together,i.e they wont be able to act as a unit and form as an organ.
# Cells form tissue, tissues together form organs ,so basically if cells organisation is lost, no organ would be able to perform its function.
like for example if your brain sends a signal to lift your arms, every cell in you hand will react differently without interpreting what they have to do.
# Cell organise together and forms our body structure,if this coordination is lost we wouldn't be looking like how we look now...!!! perhaps an alien form of us.
# Most drastic effect would be caused due to the nerve cells present in our brains, no coordination between the cell, leads to no information from the brain , basically brain would be useless then.
# The practical example: Last and the most important, cells have a specialized mechanism to grow and multiply to a certain level ,once the coordination is lost they would divide uncontrollably ,which condition leads to one of the most dreaded disease -"CANCER".
# And of course death would be very quick, without proper coordination: no proper breathing,no regular heartbeats, no temperature control system, no reaction to the external stimuli.
THE ULTIMATE REACTION TO THIS UNORGANIZED CELLULAR CONDITION WOULD BE DEATH.
