The fish will die because aquatic plants present in water helps all aquatic animals to respire or they gives oxygen to them

Aquatic plants, through the process of photosynthesis could supply oxygen to the fish, if these were present in that closed container along with the fish. But without any aquatic plant or an external source of oxygen, fish will not be able to survive in that closed container,

she wil not get oxygen because there is no plant in the container to produce oxygen and hence she will die with lack of oxygen.
