If there was no golgi apparatus then the packing of materials like proteins would not happen in the cell. There was not transporting and synthesis of materials in the cell.

The cell will not able to secrete various enzymes and also the cell won't be able to react to the various hormones present in our body like growth hormone, insulin, thyroxine, adrenaline etc. Golgi apparatus also helps in protein synthesis so in the absence of Golgi apparatus the protein won't be digested properly.
