During anaphase, sister chromatids (or homologous chromosomes for meiosis I), will separate and move to opposite poles of the cell, pulled by microtubules. In nondisjunction, the separation fails to occur. Mitotic nondisjunction can occur with the inactivation of either topoisomerase II, condensin, or separase.

During abaphase the chromosomes separate and move towards the opposite poles of the cell
If the chromosomes fails to move toward the opposite side then there will be no constriction or cell plate which is to be formed during the anaphase
The cell can stop dividing either permanently or temporary
