hey guy it seems to be a very silly question you think of yourself that if there will be no rules and regulation old law and order in our country how it will run there will be men crying strawberries and Virus types of exploitation corruption and violence so to keep a country is safe peace come clarity we must need law and order to run a country peacefully therefore they will be made much more harmful effects in a country is there is no proper law and order hope this answer is useful to you please mark the answer as brainliest

If a country will not have laws and order then it will be real hard to govern it . people may kill each other as there will be no reason to arrest him or something.
