What would happen to the life of a cell if there was no Golgi apparatus

Here it is;

If there would be no golgi apparatus, complex sugars won't get formed. The modification, transport and storage of products will not take place. Lysosomes will not get formed.

This may cause accumulation of worn out and dead organelles within the cell which may lead to death
