Try pressing and holding the power switch in the UP position for 10 seconds (needs to be 10 seconds). This should power off the system and reset the RAM. Taking the battery out for a few seconds will also achieve the same result.

If it's saying to wait then wait for sometime then try again.

If its not connecting then maybe some problem has occurred,

you can try to switch off the system, take out the batteries and try again after inserting the batteries again.
