When a body is immersed in water it displaces 3 kg of water. How much is the buoyant force acting on the body(g=10m/s^2)

Volume of water displaced = Mass / Density

= 3 kg / (1000 kg/m³)

= 0.003 m³

Buoyant Force = Volume of water displaced × Density of water × g

K × 10 = 0.003 m³ × 1000 kg/m³ × 10 m/s²

K = 3

∴ Value of K is 3
