When a bottle of cold drink is opened the comes out with fizzes due to decrease in the solubility if co2 gas?

When the pressure is released by opening the soda container, the liquid cannot hold as much carbon dioxide, so the excess bubbles out of the solution. If the soda is left open, additional carbon dioxide will slowly escape into the air. Under warm conditions, the carbon dioxide leaves the solution faster.

Solubility increases with increase in temperature in case of liquids. But in case of gases solubility decreases with increase in temperature. So in warm aeriated drinks fizz comes out as carbon dioxide do not get dissolved when it is warm. So when you open the bottle fizz comes out.
