B. Repels as like poles always repel each other.

Vismaystrivedi: Shouldn't it be rotate as it is suspended freely
Anonymous: Depends upon the mass and the magnetic strength. If the magnet strength is powerful and it is lightweight, it can rotate or sorta flip once, but it usually won't, for it tends to keep itself aligned in the earth's magnetic field.
