(a) what remains constant during the motion?
(b) what changes continuosly during the motion?

when an object travells in a uniform circular motion
then...
(a) the speed of the object remains constant.
(b) the direction of the object changes continuously.

although the speed remains constant the direction continuously changes so the body cannot have uniform velocity.
