*⃣❇❇❇❇ANSWER... ❇❇❇❇*⃣

✔✔A COLOURLES SOLUTION WILL BE LEFT. ✔✔

❇❇REASON❇❇

PHENOLPHTHALEIN BECAMES CLOURLESS COMES IN CONTACG WITH ACID WHILE PINK IN ALKALINES. SO SINCE, THE SOLUTION WAS ALKALINE IT WAS PINK BUT WHEN HCL IS ADDED IT STARTS CHANGING INTO COLOULRSS AND AT THE TIME OF NEUTRALISATION OF THE ACID AND BASE THEIR WILL BE LEFT A COLOURLESS SOLUTION.

Answer:

When few drops of phenolphthalein are added to dilute a dilute solution of sodium hydroxide a pink colour. The colour of dilute solution of Sodium hydroxide turns pink or adding Phenolphthalein as  NaOH is a base .When excess of HCl is added the final mixture becomes colourless due to  neutralisation of base with an acid.
