present perfect tense is connection past with present. any activity starts with past and continue present too.that situation we should use present perfect tense

when an action begins at some time in the past and when we are only concerned about that whether it has been perfected/completed by NOW we use present perfect tense.
we are not concerned about when it started. we only need to know the present status.
STRUCTURE: subject + have/has + V3
