when the reflected ray and the incident ray refracted through the glass prism shows scattring of seven colors and to other the the prism shows normal rays in between the incident ray and refracted ray

We know that the light travels in a straight line and when the white light passes through the prism it split into seven colours this is called dispersion and Angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection this the law.
