when observed under high power of microscope "chain of buds" is visible in  'yeast'

The process:

It is tiny unicellular non green plant ( which is the fungus). Yeast reproduces by budding. The first bud appears on the outside of the cell wall.

The nucleus of the parent yeast cell then divides into two parts and one part of the nucleus moves into the bud.

The bud separates of from the parent yeast cell and forms and new yeast cell.

The budding in yeast cell however often takes place so fast that the first bud starts forming their own buds and all of them remain attached to the parents in forming a chain of yeast cells.

After sometime all the yeast cells of the chain separate from one another and from individual yeast cells.
