we have,

when, distance is 90 cm , Gravitational force = 1.0 \times {10}^{ -1 7}

thus,

using

f = \frac{GMm}{ {r}^{2} }
and putting r = 90 \times {10}^{ - 2}

we get,

GMm = f \times {(90 \times {10}^{ - 2} )}^{2}

Now, when distance = 90 mm

I.e
90 \times {10}^{ - 3}

f =  \frac{GMm}{ {r}^{2} }
putting value of GMm

 \frac{f \times {(90 \times {10}^{ - 2} )}^{2} }{ {(90 \times {10}^{ - 3}) }^{2} }
this, equals

f × 10²

thus, final answer is 1 \times {10}^{ - 17} \times {10}^{2} = 1 \times {10}^{ - 15}

Thanks
