D. Is the correct option.
This is because water gets purified in nephron.
Purification starts from bowman's capsule of nephron and ends at the collecting duct.

When the term urine is used in reference of nephron?
A..Bowman's capsule
B.Henle's Loop
C.DCT
D.Colecting tubule
Bowmen's capsule is a large double Walled Cup which is form of single layer of squamous epithelial cell.It is consist of Glomeralus + Bowman's capsule in order to form malpighian body.Capillaries of glomeralus formed by branching of afferent arteriole which is than rejoined to form efferent arteriole.
Malpighian body function as ultra filter when blood pass through glomeralor capillary. It is filtered and the filtrate is than collected in bowman's capsule.
B.Henle's Loop
It is U shaped narrow tubular part of renal tubule. It consist of decending limb, a loop and ascending limb.It lies inside the medulla.
It absorbs maximum amount of water from filtrate so Henle's loop is longest in desert animals.
Like PCT this is also highly coiled or twisted part of renal tubule after ascending limb of Henle's loop which opens into collecting tubule. The most important thing about it that it is not a part of nephron.
It absorbs remaining water ,Cl - ions, and secrete NH4+ ion (ammonium ion) into filtrate.
Many collecting tubule from nephron open into collecting duct and several duct form pyramid which open into funnel like structure Calyces which open into large funnel called renal pelvis. Finally the term urine is used here.
Also Collecting tubules are not part of the nephron.
Collecting tubules have two main functions:
1. resorb water in response to the hormone vasopressin.
2. resorb sodium in response to the hormone aldosterone.
