When we stand upwards to downwards means with the help of our hands then why gravity fail why we dont vomet and why stomach acid don't come out side explain me .

The Spinter muscle guarding the opening between Oesophagus and stomach doesnot allow the food to move in opposite direction. Even is we stand upside down, the muscle guards the opening. Rest assure the acis only produced at the time of food intake in large quantity but very little or no acid is prodeced when the stomach is empty.

in our food pipe the no of muscles are present in it which help to push the food forward when we swallow the food this movement is known as peristiltic movement .due to this the food will not go out side but it will push inside.
