whenever the climate changes i get enlarged turbinates, cold, itchy ears, eyes and throat for two to three hours. is it an allergy

no it is not an allergy .it is due to climatic changes .. the main reason for those symptoms is homeostasis maintained in our body. when the climate changes from hot to cold our body try to maintain a constant temparature and thus ears become itchy and throat become dry.....
