whenever we eat sweets we think we can eat so much sweet but after sometime when we have eaten 2-3 pieces of sweets then a sensation comes to not to eat that any more, what is the cause behind this?

And they even prevent strokes..
But overveating them causes a
Hormone in the human body
Called peptide Y Y to activate and
That signals our brain to stop
Eating the sweets.
