allaudin khilji went to Kara his own capital given by his maternal uncle just after looting devgiri as he planned that if he did so his uncle will come from Delhi to Kara to see the looted treasure during this khiliji would kill him and become the king . his plan worked and this incident is called one of the biggest betrayals in the history of india
