where did Mr Oliver worked? why did life magazine describe this place as 'Eton of East'?​

Mr Oliver worked in a school run on English public lines which is situated on the outskirts of Shimla.

It is called eaton of the east as the children who join here are from rich family wore blazers and caps.it was run on school lines .it was same like the Eton school in England .therfore it is called as eton of the east
