The Reserve Bank of India is India`s central bank which was established in 1935.

RBI performs a number of functions such as  :

1) It is the only organisation which is entrusted with printing of currency notes and managing its supply  in the economy.  

2)  It undertakes all the banking functions of the State and Central Government.  

3) Provides with valuable inputs to the Government on both economic and monetary policy. It also looks after the public debt of the Government.

4)It lend money to all the commercial banks of the country .

Option A does not come under the ambit of RBI function.
