Niralamba bhujangasana is a different version of Bhujangasana. This asana can be done without the support. This asana helps in people with poor posture.
The core muscles of the person can be strengthened. The asana is done by inhaling and lifting the head, shoulders, chest and abdomen up. The spine is kept inline. Breathe should be hold for sometimes and exhaled to release the body back to the prone position, with the forehead pressed lightly to the mat.
