Advasana/Reversed Corpse Pose This asana is excellent for those with slipped discs, stiff neck, back or those who hunch. It straightens out the spine. - Lie on your stomach, feet together and arms on your side. - Stretch both arms above the head with the palms facing downward and the forehead resting on the ground.
I usually perform some asanas to relax myself. Some of my favorite asanas which helps me in relaxing are Niralamba bhujangasana and Makarasana.
Explanation:
Niralamba bhujangasana is my favorite asana. This asana can be done without extra effort and support. This asana exposes cobra pose. This asana helps in people with poor posture. The core muscles of the person can be strengthened.
Makarasana is a relaxing asana in which the performer follows crocodile pose. Makarasana can be done to relax the body. Makarasana straightens and stretches the muscles of the buttocks, legs, and also the back of the arms and legs.
