Borazine B3N3H6 is sometimes called as inorganic benzene because its structure shows some formal similarity with benzene, with delocalized electrons and aromatic character. Their physical properties are also similar.

In Borazine six C atoms of benzene are replaced by three B atoms and three N atoms, thereby the total number of electrons in borazine and benzene being equal.

Borazine like benzene possesses three double bonds. It is also 6π electron system. Each N atom has a lone pair of electrons which is shared between each B-N pair giving three alternate single and double bonds.
