The Judiciary system of our country is well classified and organized. There are three types of courts in India.
They are the Supreme Court, The High Courts and the Civil Courts. All these courts have different area of jurisdiction. They also have different function. The Supreme Court is at the apex of jurisdiction.
Any decision taken by the Supreme Court is final. One can also challenge the decisions taken by High courts at the Supreme Court.
