According to the climatic condition of of india the flood conditions in the eastern parts of india is more accurate place to make projects to prevent it from distruction of keral, orissa and other states of eastern india.
The monsoon winds from the sea make cyclone which make more distruction than others.
From my side this is the most accurate place for making projects for its prevention.
