sucrose is converted into glucose and fructose
by the enzyme sucrase(invertase)

shivam4581: check the options are invetase ,lactase, urease
shivam4581: none of these
santoshbhat: is it invetase or invertase
shivam4581: invertase
santoshbhat: in humans sucrase converts sucrose into glucose and fructose
santoshbhat: but we use invertase enzyme as it is more cheaper and easily available than sucrase enzyme
santoshbhat: hope it helps
santoshbhat: related to invertases are sucrases and sucrase is also called invertase

Answer:

Sucrase

Explanation:

The conversion of sucrose to its subunits fructose and glucose is facilitated by enzyme called Sucrase. One structure, sucrase-isomaltase, is emitted in the villi of the small digestive tract. As the reaction involved in separation of the monosaccharide present in sucrose takes more time to complete, in order to complete the reaction fast enzyme Sucrase is used.

This hydrolyses the bond present in between the monosaccharide and makes it separated from one another.
