Musical sounds can be produced by oscillating strings, air columns, by membranes etc.
Organ Pipe is hallow or metallic tube used to produce sound.For example : wind instrument like Flute.
If both the ends of pipe is open it is called as Open organ pipe like Flute.
A closed ended instrument has one end closed off and the other end open.Example: Trumpet
A closed organ pipe has an antinode at the open end and node at the closed end.

"In closed end organ pipe, even number harmonics are absent."

Reason:
First Harmonic :l=λ/4
n1=v/4l
second harmonic :l=3λ/4
and frequency=n2 =3v/4l
Similarly Third Harmonic l =5λ/4
frequency==n3=5v/4l
hence f1:f2:f3==n1:n2:n3=1:3:5
