for decreasing fat exercise is considered as a better option .
if you will eat little less than your regular diet once or twice a week, then it will not affect that much your body but if you will eat less everyday then instead of decreasing fat ,it will make you overweighted .

I suggest you 2 exercise because exercise makes our body fit and not being us fat
