→ The organelle 'lysosome' is known as Digestive bag of the cell , The main reason behind it is as the name itself suggests, It helps in digestion of food by secreting Digestive enzymes. The lysosomes can't different food and organisms , So it also digests dead cells and worn out cells and other organisms also. Surprisingly , sometimes these lysosomes burst themselves to digest the cells. That's why they are also referred to as 'Suicidal bags' of cells.
