You can not fulfill your dream without money, except oxygen merely nothing is free in this world. Money is not just a term or a thing it's a necessity. You need it. For achieving anything, for achieving your dream you need to settle yourself first. Suppose you want to be a great painter but you are not settled and first you have to fulfil your basic necessities, which would you choose? Dream or money? I would say both. First educate yourself, earn your living and then work after your dream. Never settle before achieving what you want to achieve but prioritise everything.
