JARVIS is more than an assistant, it's integrated in the OS, or, most likely, it is an OS. If you want a system like that you can program it in...well, you can try any language you like, so far we can't have that.

JARVIS is a general AI, it can infer, think, find solutions to general problems. We're quite far from that at the moment.

You can write simpler programs in Java, C#, C++ or any other languages, but JARVIS is currently out of the question.....
