Chromosome of kinner:
- Kinners are the transgenders that we can see in our locality. They actually dress up and behave like females, but are actually transgender or a third gender.
- These persons are born with several abnormalities which mainly arise from the gender abnormalities.
- The chromosome set of a normal person is 44 + XX in females and 44 + XY in males.
- But, there’s a syndrome called Klinefelter’s syndrome which makes the chromosome number to 47 with an extra X chromosome in a male. So it becomes 44 + XXY.
- This is the chromosome of a Kinner.
