number of electrons present in Cu+ = 28

so, electronic configuration of Cu^+ : 1s², 2s², 2p^6, 3s², 3p^6, 4s^0, 3d^{10}.

here, it is clearly shown that, number of unpaired electrons in Cu+ , n = 0.

so, magnetic moment, \mu=\sqrt{n(n+2)} = 0

hence, magnetic moment of cuprous chloride on the basis of axial rotation is 0.0BM.
