Hi... here is your ans.
1. First you should mix up water with salt and sand with a clear glass rod.... the salt will be dissolved in water and sand will remain at bottom as it is insoluble in water.
=> H20+ salt + sand= (H2O+ salt) + sand
2. Sand should be filtered from the solution and seperated.
3. Now you should use the Distillation process to seperate salt and water. When you heat the solution the salt will remain at the bottom of the jar of distillation.
4. Now water vapour should readily be collected in another container and cooled.
This is the process by which Water, salt and sand can be seperated.
