Substitution method:
Given lines 3x + 4y =10 and 2x - 2y = 2.

3x + 4y = 10 -------------(1)

x - y = 1

x = y + 1 ----------(2)

Substitute equ (2) in equ (1)

3( y + 1) + 4y = 10

7y  = 10 - 3

y = 1

Substitute y = 1 in equ (2)  x = 2.

Elimination metod:

Given lines 3x + 4y =10 and 2x - 2y = 2.

3x + 4y = 10 -------------(1)

2x - 2y = 2 ---------(2)

multiply equation (2) by 2 adding to equation (1) we get

7x = 14 ⇒ x = 2.

Substitute x = 2 in equ (2)  y = 1.

Graphical method:

Given lines 3x + 4y =10 and 2x - 2y = 2.

3x + 4y = 10 -------------(1)

x = 0 ⇒  y = 2.5
y = 0 ⇒  x = 3.3

2x - 2y = 2 ---------(2)

x = 0 ⇒  y = -1
y = 0 ⇒  x = 1.

x-2y=0
-2y=x
y=-x/2
is the solution
3x+4y=10
3x=10-4y
x=10-4y/3
