Among the following the one which is not a resonating structure is

d) CH₂ =N = O

|

CH₃

  • Resonating structure: They are a set of two or more Lewis Structures that  describes the electronic bonding  in a single polyatomic species, which also includes fractional bonds and fractional charges.
  • When we go through all the options we can see each and every atom is shown its formal charge, its octet structure, its fractional bonds in a) ,b), c)
  • But in option d) ,we cant see the fractional charges on N and O atoms properly.
  • So, option d) cannot be a resonating structure.
