For oxy acids, we decide the strength by the oxidation state of central atom. The greater the oxidation state greater is its strength.
S in first is +6
S in second is +4
Cl in third is +5
Cl in last is +7
So obviously HClO4 is strongest and so on.
Also if two acids have same OS of central atom, count the number of oxygen atoms linked to it and again its directly proportional.

HClO₄ is the strongest acid
acidic character increases with the  increase in oxidation number.
acidic strength is directly proportional to electronegativity.
HClO₄ has Cl in +7 oxidation state.

hope it helps.
