ok so let's do this:-

\frac{6m}{ {6}^{-3} }  =  \frac{ {6}^{5} }{1}  \\ by \: cross \: multiplaction \\ 6m =  {6}^{-3}  \times  {6}^{5}  \\ 6m =  {6}^{-3 + 5}  \\ 6m =  {6}^{2} \\ m =  \frac{ {6}^{2} }{ {6}^{1} }  \\ m =  {6}^{2 - 1}  \\ m =  {6}^{1}

Hence after taking value of

m = 6
