The correct answer is - Chlorofluro carbons.

Methane, carbon dioxide, and nitrous oxide are Greenhouse gases that are produced both naturally and from human activities.

Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) are greenhouse gases that are side products of industrial processes or manufactured for human purposes such as cleaning agents, refrigerants, and electrical insulators.

The answer of your question of "Chlorofluorocarbons "
All other are the pollutant  are also produced naturally. while chlorofluorocarbons  don't have the any true natural source they are produced as the result of side products of various things and reactions. these are the gases that contain chlorine fluorine and carbons . They go to the atmosphere from use aerosols  and leakage from the refrigeration etc. The can effect the environment greatly by pollution and can cause the ground level ozone as well as the green house effect.
