Punctuations are as important as the presence of a verb in a sentence. We do have so many punctuation marks like ( , ; :. ' "! ? ).

We have to use the right marks in the right places to convey the meaning of the sentences correctly. Placing them incorrectly may change the meaning of the sentence.

The answer to the given question is option B.

The CEO’s have set a meeting for 1 o'clock this afternoon. Usually, to exhibit the plural form an apostrophe (') is used.

In this sentence, there are more than one CEO and therefore it has to be given in plural form with apostrophe + S.

Moreover, the plural helping verb have is used and so it can only be CEO's and not CEOs.
