The answer of your question is "solid"

The interparticle spaces means the the spaces between the molecule, solid has less space than the other state of matter , that's why you see a hard, compact solid. While gases have much more interparticle  spaces due to which they move more freely and molecules of gases are much apart from each other.
Although the liquid have less space than gases but still the spaces are more than the gases you can easily see this in a liquid flow which flow due to more interparticle spaces simiarly Plasma can also flow due to huge molecular spaces.
