think it's -7/5......
explanation:
LCM of 5,3is 15.
then,
-7/5=-7×3/5×3
=-21/15
-5/3=-5×5/3×5
=-25/15.
-21/15is greater than -25/15.
so,-7/5is greater.

aditi143: -5/3is not greater
aditi143: solve it properly

Hey

The rational number ( - 7) / 5 is greater in the pair of ( - 7 ) / 5 and ( -5 ) / 3 .

Now ,

LCM of 5 and 3 = 15

So ,

numbers are :-

-7 * 3 / 5 * 3

= -21 / 15

And ,

-5 * 5 / 3 * 5

= -25 / 15

Now ,

Denominator is same and the one whose numerator is greater is greater .

Hence ,

(-21 ) / 15 is greater , which is ( -7 ) / 5

thanks :)
