Hi ,

Sum of three consecutive numbers

is always divisible by 3 .

Therefore ,

According to the options given ,

57 is the only number which divisible

by 3 .

Option ( C ) is correct.

Verification :

Let x , ( x + 1 ) , ( x + 2 ) are three

consecutive numbers ,

x + x + 1 + x + 2 = 57

3x + 3 = 57

3x = 57 - 3

3x = 54

x = 54/3

x = 18

Therefore ,

Required numbers are 18 , 19 , 20

I hope this helps you.

:)
