N2O is more polar because in CO2 the resultant dipole movement are equal and opposite and hence they cancel each other so the net dipole moment is zero

if we consider CO2 and N2Oboyh,there is some electronegativity difference,so both are polar
now we have to determined which has more polarity.az we know that CO2 is bent structure whereas N2O is linear,so the dipole movement is more in N2O and hence it more polar
