1 M HCl will have high amount of hydrogen ion than 1 M CH3COOH.

Explanation:

When we compare molarity wise both the compound has same molarity that is 1. Both HCl as well as CH_{3}COOH are acids but the difference is that the former is a strong acid and its pH is 1, whereas the latter is weaker acid.  

When both acids are dissolved in water, HCl dissociates completely and leads to high concentration of hydrogen ions whereas CH_{3}COOH dissociates partially and leads to small concentration of hydrogen ions.
