Judiciary is required to protect the rights of citizens. If any citizen's rights are being violated then they must file a case which is taken care of by judiciary. Judiciary preaches equality before law.

Answer:

Judiciary

Explanation:

Judiciary safeguards the abecedarian rights of the citizens. If anyone violates our abecedarian rights we can go directly to the Supreme Court. The Court can use one of the writs against the violater and discipline him. The bar also ensures the restoration of our rights.

Supreme Court acts as a curator of our Constitution and protects our Fundamental Rights. The Supreme Court is called the guardian of the Constitution as it protects the abecedarian rights of citizens from being getting violated by any organ of the government.
